A few tips for building confidence with your customers during economic disruption

Engaging with your customers now will not only help you but will also help your customers gain value as well. Check-in with your support/success teams and dig into what they are seeing and hearing.

Initiate a survey, a Customer Advisory Board or account reviews to gain the insights you need to make the best decisions for you and your customers. Then pick up the phone and call the leaders of your key accounts and ask them high-level, strategic questions about the direction they are heading.

This will lead to loyalty, trust, and long-term relationships.
